Hello Guys, I know that I have not posted in a while and I do apologize for that. I have been running into this thing called life and all is has to throw at me. On March 1, 2013 I decided to challenge myself to 60 days of change which will include eating better, exercising, spending more time in my word & with God, and also limiting myself to one social network posting. I am sadly addicted to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. I can live without Facebook and all of its drama so I wont be on there as much, only to share my blog post. As for Instagram and Twitter I plan to post positivity, humor, and some images of me :-) I want to be a positive light and not someone who seems miserable and caught up in the stresses of the world.
If you have question on how I am occupying my time, the workouts, healthy recipes, or what I am feeling in my spirit please feel free to open up and ask! During these 60 days I will blog about the challenges of my process which will include details and motivation for what I have accomplish that day or week.
One of the most exciting features will be my guest Interview with a College Friend who has totally changed her entire body and image without going to the gym. Her story is beyond motivating, so stay tuned for what I have to offer!
I was first motivated by the rapper The Game and Lala Anthony who have also started a 60 day Fitness challenge in LA, they have totally changed their body images and eating habits, I feel that it is very important to make changes in all areas of life to discover a better you!
